  • Mojca on holiday in Cornwall, feeling on top of the world :)

A little bit about me and what I do...

Hi, I'm Mojca, an avid explorer of life and the world (love discovering a remote corner of Costa Rican rainforest as much as I love a self-development book, or facilitating a breathing practice).

Coaching since 2016 and facilitating voice dialogue (inner parts work) for over a decade, I love supporting my clients – capable, creative people who feel temporarily overwhelmed - to regain control, build internal resources and navigate this busy modern life with more resilience and emotional intelligence.

    This often leads to

    • increased motivation,
    • sense of wellbeing,
    • and a sense of trust in themselves and their life process.

(With my background in entrepreneurship and managing projects, I also love to help creatives plan their projects better and bring them to completion).

I call myself a spiritual pragmatist — spiritual because I see all of life as a big spiritual training ground, full of lessons and learning opportunities, and all of us connected to something greater than our individual self; we're all rising through the levels, growing —sometimes backtracking— and ultimately evolving through it all.

Focusing on the spiritual basis of our human existence gives me strength, confidence and a broader perspective.

And pragmatist because spirituality helps me to live more fully on this material plane of existence, and not to distract myself from it. This can mean:

    • To achieve meaningful goals, and live with joy, fulfillment and contentment.
    • Using previously thought woo-woo tools like visualisation to help me bring my outcomes to fruition faster.
    • To be kind and compassionate with myself and others, living with an open heart.
    • To do work that uses my strengths and that energises me.
    • To be aligned and true to my core values, like love, freedom, and growth.
    • To feel I'm an integral part of this world, giving back in my unique way.
    • To have a good time in this physical dimension, learning through joy as much as possible — whilst accepting pain as an inevitable part of life, and often a catalyst for personal growth.

If you resonate with some or all of this, we may be a good fit to work together.

If life feels challenging right now, know that you aren't alone. Every one of us struggles in some way. What matters is how you approach the challenges you face.

When you access more of your internal resources and see things from a new perspective, your way of thinking and being in the world changes — and your results will change too.

I'm here to support you in discovering those new perspectives, stepping into new ways of being, and taking concrete action to shape the life most meaningful to you.

At times of change, what we all need most is clarity —about who we are deep down, what we really want (rather than what we don't want), and how might we want to attain it. That, combined with willingness to make a change and ideally someone to support us on the journey, is the key to succeeding.

If you're ready to change, to connect with the wisdom and power within you, and to start making choices that will create the life you most desire — then anything is possible, and we should talk.

and a bit about my values & qualifications...

I feel most successful when I infuse a sense of JOY and growth into every aspect of my work.

I'm a certified life coach, voice dialogue facilitator and NLP master practitioner with an adventurous soul. I'm passionate about living a conscious, meaningful life and helping you do the same.

I trust that we grow and succeed the more courageous action we take and the kinder we are to ourselves as we take it. Courage isn't about self-punishment, but self-trust.

Drawing on all my professional and personal skills, I love empowering my clients to be courageous co-creators of their life and do the work that's aligned with their values, not other people's expectations.

If you're a creative soul craving more meaning and satisfaction, know that it is possible. You can make more of your dreams a reality, by turning ideas into successful projects, and establishing support systems to help you take action and bring them to completion.

My work is underpinned by my spiritual approach to life. We are so much more than we think, and our mind is so good at deceiving us. I help my clients see past the conditioning and habitual thinking patterns, so they can reclaim the power they've always had but not always exercised. Power of awareness and choice to show up consciously to life. This involves finding the parts of themselves they've pushed away in order to 'fit in', and integrating them back into a harmonious whole.

This process, just like life, can feel messy but worth it. I'm here to (virtually) hold your hand, remind you of your strength, and give you tools to live with more presence and awareness, making conscious choices on the way.

    In more concrete terms...

I help my clients formulate vision, goals and plans that are aligned with how they truly want to live, and challenge limiting thought patterns that come up as they do so.

I help with setting healthy boundaries, because they're the bedrock of emotional wellbeing, thriving relationships and energy levels.

I help with de-stressing and creating more balance in your life (energetically and practically - in your schedule).
I help you to achieve your goals with more ease, without grasping and overwhelm.

I help you to develop trust in yourself, your inner wisdom, and in Life supporting you.

I've been a personal development enthusiast ever since I first discovered time management and personal excellence books in my dad's home office as a young teenager, and then picked up my first book on yoga at the age of 17.

After university (I got a degree in Communication and Marketing), I spontaneously moved countries and worked in the corporate world in the UK for a few years. But when I was supposed to be "climbing the ladder", I realised the ladder was leading to the wrong building. I took a risk and went for a life of passion and meaning over a prescribed version of success. I exited the corporate world a few years later and plunged into my first business venture (fine tea), which led me, in a roundabout way, to discover my passion for coaching and working with people.

I'm fascinated by human potential and I love nothing more than to help you raise awareness and establish harmony within yourself, so you can grow personally and thrive professionally.

This is my way of creating a positive ripple effect in the world,

    one interaction at a time.

When not coaching, writing, or learning, I love creating things with my hands, either in the kitchen, or foraging in nature and making exciting herbal and aromatic blends. In another life, I must have been a herbalist or a perfumer somewhere in Southern France!

    Other loves:

    connecting with kindred spirits

    long hugs

    furry friends

    nature-time

    languages and culture

    travel

    dance & yoga

fine tea (as I said I used to run my own tea business!)
