• Coaching

Identify where you are, where you want to go, and take active steps to get there! We'll go through a powerful process to get you clear, confident, motivated, out of overwhelm and help you implement.

    NLP

Harness the power of your mind, so it works for you not against you.

Be more in charge of your internal state, create new positive habits and set yourself up for success.

    Voice Dialogue

Get to know yourself better, find peace within your 'irrational' behaviours and meet with parts of you that you never knew you had. This isn't about fixing, but understanding and embracing the wisdom inherent in each voice within you.

  • Take a step in the right direction...

Find out more about the 1-on-1 packages I offer below

  • Hey

Been feeling like a square peg in a round hole? Tired of trying to fit in or keep your head down, when you know there must be more to life? Wanting to break out from the mould you've somehow got trapped in, and live a life with more meaning and purpose?

If you want to make a bigger life for yourself, I want you to know that it's possible, and it's totally OK. This is YOUR life. And I believe you've been given it with a purpose - to live it in a way most true to you.

I also want you to know that you have an unlimited - yes, UNLIMITED - potential within you, and what you need in order to change your life is first to realise that. Just stop here for a moment, take a deep breath and think - unlimited potential. What could your life look like if you unleashed more of that?

We humans are powerful beings, and that includes you. The difference that makes all the difference is how you choose to use that power. That's where I come in. Through powerful coaching process I can get you to a place of greater clarity and understanding, so you can harness that power and create a fantastic life.

I work with driven women (and cool men) who are out of the box, who value freedom, want to feel more purpose and satisfaction in their career and more excitement and love for life.

We're a good fit if you are:

    • willing to examine your life and take action
    • willing to take responsibility for your circumstances and take charge of your future
    • done with settling and ready to create a more fulfilling life, however you define that for yourself

We may not be such a great fit if you:

    • aren't ready to take active steps toward what you want
    • feel you need a different intervention such as counselling or therapy
    • are not happy with where you are but do not wish to explore or improve anything about your life

While we work together, I will hold the space for you to move from fear, stuck-ness and a sense of obligation, to more freedom, purpose and a sense of meaning. I'll be 100% committed to your vision of success and will support you, cheer you on, and challenge where necessary.

You will see yourself and the world in a new light. That's the power of coaching. If you want to experience it, book a Clarity session with me HERE to see if we are a good fit to work together.

I do most of my sessions via the phone and online video conference tools (Skype/Zoom), and can also do face-to-face if necessary (and if you're based in London area).

If you're interested in getting more on purpose in your career and a clearer direction in your life in general, drop me a line and let's get you moving toward that dream. Contact me to book a free clarity strategy session.

You're allowed to dream big. And here, very much encouraged to do so.

  • How It Works

    1

    Clarity

We will start with a free clarity consultation, so you can get an idea of the coaching process with me. That way we get an idea how good a fit we are to work together.

We will go deep into what you wish to work on, uncovering what's standing in your way.

This is usually a deep conversation where I get to know you a little and you get to know my coaching style. It's the perfect first step.

There are no strings attached, and if either one of us feels working together isn't the best thing at this point we will part our ways, no hard feelings.

There may be a time further down the line when working together WILL be the perfect solution for getting you where you want to be in life, and that's when you'd contact me for another conversation to see how I can help and then we can get straight to work.

    2

    Choose a package

Select a package that's best suited to the results you're looking to achieve. Read more about the packages I offer here, or let's simply jump on the call and I'll tell you what I think would work best, once I know what you need.

    3

    Welcome pack

After you've committed to working with me, I'll send you a welcome pack for you to go through and fill out.

This consists of a Coaching Agreement that you need to sign and return to me before our work begins, as well as some prep work to get you in the right frame of mind from the outset.

My clients have had 'aha' moments by going through this material alone, and it's a great foundation to start working from.

    4

    Intake

Our first session will be an Intake, where we will discuss your needs and preferences and agree on the scope and the practicalities of working together. We'll map out the journey ahead of us and ignite the enthusiasm to take the steps!

    5

    Let's get to work

Now the life-changing process can begin!

I do most of my sessions via the phone and Skype, but love coaching face-to-face if you're based in the London area.
