Impostor Syndrome is a phenomenon that negatively affects 70% of people's lives. It shows up as inability to take credit for your accomplishments and success. It's never feeling quite good enough and undeserving of the praise that comes your way.
People affected by impostor syndrome put their achievements down to "luck", "no big deal" or even "charm" rather than their capabilities and being qualified. I go into more details on impostor syndrome and outline a few tips how to handle it in another post here.
Overcome Impostor Syndrome - Own your Brilliance is a live, online group coaching experience, based on my 6-step system for disengaging from the perpetual self-doubting and self-sabotaging inner talk, feelings and behaviour, and recognising more of your innate brilliance.
You will gain the clarity, strategies and tools to help you manage impostor syndrome, feel better about yourself, and feel greater control over your life.
STEPS we're focusing on throughout this programme:

2. Self-Awareness > What is your impostor inner talk?
3. Break the Pattern > How do you start to think and feel differently?
4. Self-Acceptance > You are enough
5. Developing new habits > Rewire your brain to support you
6. Vision > Your life beyond impostor syndrome
We're all on our individual growth journeys, so outcomes of this programme are specific to each participant, but will typically include:

You will receive weekly training, reflection prompts and group calls, plus Q&A sessions and online support by me in a safe space of a dedicated secret Facebook group. (If you don't use Facebook, no worries, as materials will also be sent via email.)
This programme will run for 6 weeks.
This structure will give you enough time to absorb the learning and put it into practice in your daily life, get your questions answered and move through any stuck points with specific coaching support.
I believe that long-lasting change is best achieved through a step-by-step process that is based on being kind to yourself whilst challenging yourself gently, and this is built into the programme.
Also think of people in your life who may be suffering from impostor syndrome, self-doubt or self-sabotage and do them a favour - tell them there's a way to cope better with it and share this programme with them.
Self-doubt is the anchor that keeps our ship from sailing.
