NLP is a study and a practice of how to be at your best most often. It includes powerful tools to help you retrain your brain to support you rather than hold you back. We do this by developing useful new habits of thought and behaviour, and letting go of what no longer serves you. It's based on the knowledge of neuroscience and the work of peak communicators and performers.

1-to-1 high impact sessions plus email/message support throughout the time we work together for any of your burning questions/updates/celebrations outside of the 1-to-1 sessions.
Ways to work with me are either a laser session, or a 3-month package with an option to extend at the end of it on a monthly basis.
How many sessions should you book?
If you only have ONE thing you wish to tackle (prep for that dream job interview, or for a tough conversation, or a big event in your life, etc) a one-off session may be just what you need.
Otherwise, working over a longer time period helps you build on and embed the new learning more. 4 sessions/2 months is a good place to start, but depending on what you wish to achieve, more may be helpful.
