The Class is focused on teaching content, as well as practical exercises you can work with right away. The 30-minute Q&A will take place at the end of the call, where I'll respond to questions and feedback from live participants.
If you cannot make the call live, you will receive the access to the workshop materials in an email within 48hrs, and can work through it at your own pace.
But, it's more fun to attend live and interact with other participants, as well as ask questions and receive coaching from me in real time!

Why am I teaching this class ?
I am a trained NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and when I learned state management as part of my training I was blown away! It felt like MAGIC.
From the first experience with it I realised what a powerful impact it can have on my life and in the following months I've seen it work first-hand. In times when I'd normally been stressed, unfocused, or out of spirit, I was able to feel calm, centred and focused.
Choosing my state is one of the most powerful tools I have to live a fulfilled life and build my resilience in the process.
